Willemijn Schneyder, a 2024 EY Entrepreneur of the Year nominee, is a passionate advocate for empowering frontline workers. Growing up in a family of engineers, she developed a deep-rooted belief in the critical role frontline teams play in manufacturing success. A serial entrepreneur, Willemijn brings extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and technology to her role as CEO of SwipeGuide. Frustrated by outdated work processes and information sharing within manufacturing, Willemijn co-founded SwipeGuide in 2016 alongside learning technology expert Daan Assen. Prior to SwipeGuide, she successfully built and scaled her own consultancy firm and led multiple company turnarounds to success. When not driving innovation in the workplace, Willemijn enjoys early morning runs with her dog and spending quality time with her family.
