About the speaker: Thorben Hensler is the VP of Global Supply Chain Services at BASF. In this role, he is in charge of the shared service portfolio and delivery organization to improve cost and service levels. He has been with BASF for 13 years in roles related to supply chain and logistics and has held positions in both Germany and Hong Kong during his tenure. Prior to joining BASF, he worked with KPMG Deutschland. He holds a Diploma in Industrial Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, and a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial Engineering/Chemical Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau.
