Theodosia Rush is the VP of Strategic Manufacturing at Tennant. In her role, she holds enterprise accountability for driving operational excellence and executing strategies to meet business needs and deliver results. Prior to this, she worked at Cummins Inc. for 25 years in various roles, including plant management, supply chain planning, logistics, sourcing, and more. She has a passion for understanding needs, identifying solutions, defining new processes, enlisting the right resources, and ensuring people understand, embrace, and execute meaningful change. She holds an MBA in Operations and Marketing from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business and a BA in International Business and German from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
