Steve is an experienced Quality professional with 30 years of industry experience within GSK, encompassing all facets of pharmaceutical manufacturing, R&D, and analysis at bench, plant, and senior management levels.

Currently, he holds the position of Quality Director for External Supply – Small Molecules. In this role, he oversees the quality of externally sourced Registered Starting Materials (RSMs), intermediates, API, excipients, and chemical materials.

Steve expertly manages within a matrix organization, ensuring the quality of materials procured by GSK for use in internal manufacturing and GSK CMOs. This role grants him the unique opportunity to engage in supply chain thinking with external partners. However, it also presents challenges in aligning with international regulatory expectations.
