Shawn Lange

Shawn Lange is the Vice President of Manufacturing and Contract Services at Goodwill Commercial Services, the contract manufacturing division of Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana. In this role, Shawn oversees three manufacturing sites and manages operations generating $30 million in annual revenue. Under his leadership, these business units have seen significant improvements in efficiency and output. Before his current role, Shawn served as the Senior Director of Outlets, Transportation, and Facilities at Goodwill. His prior experience includes a position as Operations Manager at Rexnord Falk Gearbox in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. With over 25 years of expertise in manufacturing, Shawn is a strong advocate for Six Sigma and lean philosophies, consistently driving operational excellence throughout his career. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Purdue Global University. His journey also includes service in the United States Army, where he met his wife Shelley, a fellow veteran.
