Sandra Rodriguez-Toledo is a seasoned biotechnology executive with over 25 years of experience in the industry. She currently serves as Vice President of Site Operations at Amgen, a role she has held since March 2021. Prior to this, she was the Executive Director and Plant Manager in Juncos, Puerto Rico. Sandra has held various leadership positions at Amgen, including Executive Director of Process Development and Director of Plant Management. She also has experience as a Plant Manager at Blu Caribe and Biovail Laboratories. Sandra’s expertise spans site operations, process development, and quality management in the biotechnology sector.
