He is a global supply chain executive with an excellent track record of delivering transformational value. He is passionate about building talent and fostering an unconditional performance culture for competitiveness. In his current role at Unilever, he is accountable for a €4.5bn spend globally. Among his responsibilities are gross margin accretion through supply chain efficiencies and savings, working capital efficiency, and logistics network design for lead time reduction and cost optimization. He has been with Unilever for 22 years, serving in various supply chain, operations, and manufacturing roles in South Africa, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom. He holds a BSc in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town. He is passionate about poverty alleviation and is the Co-Founder of Vision of Joy and the Co-Founder of Dainfern Men’s Cooking Club.
