Ramzi Hermiz, an automotive industry veteran, has served in global leadership roles for several multi-billion-dollar original equipment and aftermarket businesses. Most notably, Hermiz currently serves as an Operating Partner at Atlas Holdings LLC, Board Director and CEO of Carlex Glass, Board Director at B&R Auto, and Solero Technologies. He previously served as CEO of Solero Technologies, President and CEO of Shiloh Industries and held several c-suite positions at Federal-Mogul. As CEO, he has managed numerous acquisitions, corporate carve outs, transformation initiatives and successfully executed profitable growth strategies, creating maximum value. Hermiz holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Marquette University, and an MBA in international business from DePaul University. He was named Marquette University’s Engineering Alumni of the Year in 2019, EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2016, Michigan & Northwest Ohio, EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 Regional Winner, Northeast Ohio, and an Automotive News 40 under 40 award recipient.
