Rachael is the Global Director of Strategic Capabilities Business Colleges at Mars since November 2021, and has been with the company for 12 years. She is also an Executive Council Member at the Packaging & Processing Women’s Leadership Network (PPWLN).She climbed the career ladder at Mars since she started her role as a Services Buyer, and later took on the roles as Procurement Excellence Manager, to Director of Procurement Capabilities and Engagement, and finally her current role of Global Director.
