Peter Gibbons brings over 25 years of international experience in leading business transformation across various sectors, including consumer, retail, automotive, industrial, and specialty chemicals. Currently, he is the Group President of Enterprise Supply Chain at 3M, overseeing all operations and supply chain aspects for the $20B+ industrial manufacturer. Previously, he served as CEO of TireHub, a distributor co-owned by Bridgestone and Goodyear, and as EVP of Global Development and Product Supply at Mattel, Inc. Peter has also held significant roles at Starbucks, CP Kelco, and ICI, where he drove substantial improvements in supply chain operations. A recognized leader in his field, he has spoken at numerous prestigious forums and was honored as the 2011 Supply Chain Person of the Year by the University of Maryland. He holds an MBA from Strathclyde University and a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Edinburgh. He is based in Minnesota.
