Pam joined AstraZeneca in 2015 after spending 18 years with Merck/MSD in Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain and Commercial roles. As Head of Global Supply Chain Management & Logistics, she led the transformation of Merck’s Global supply chains, and as President of MSD China, Pam was responsible for MSD’s entire China operation. Prior to Merck, Pam held various engineering and project management positions. Pam holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA in marketing from Pace University. Pam serves as a Non-Executive Director for Smiths Group plc Board, a Trustee Member of the Board for Stevens Institute of Technology and as an Advisor to the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering Board of Directors.
