Odile Smith is the VP and Site Head at Bristol Myers Squibb’s Devens Campus, where she leads strategic initiatives, tackles business challenges, and navigates the competitive landscape. Previously, she spent nearly 17 years at Sanofi Pasteur in various leadership roles. As Head of Biologics Manufacturing, she oversaw the production of critical vaccines for global markets and managed clinical materials for R&D. Her tenure also included roles such as Head of Manufacturing Technology and Project Director for new vaccine development. Before Sanofi, Odile held operations management positions at Roche and Rohm and Haas. She holds a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Université Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg, France.
