About the speaker: Nicky Sullivan is the VP, Quality (Europe) based out of the Netherlands. She has worked there for over 4 years, coming over from Unilever. She had an amazing career story, having an unexpected pregnancy at 19 and leaving college to have her child, then getting a job at Unilever where they paid for her to get a post secondary education while working there. She has also recently started speaking about her experience with ADHD in senior leadership roles. She has a lot of pride in her story and will be a fresh voice on the panel.
She also has a lot of energy and expressed being excited to drink prosecco with me after the panel ;-). Cheers to that.
