Michael Kauffman is Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at GE Aerospace, where he leads end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution across the company’s global engine programs. With over 25 years of experience, he has held critical leadership roles including VP & GM of Purchasing and Product Line GM for the GE90/CF6/GP7000 engine lines. His background spans composites, ceramic matrix composites, nacelles, and tier-one integration for major OEMs. He is known for his humble yet results-driven leadership style, and he is a Certified Master Lean Leader and Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He has served on multiple aerospace and manufacturing boards, bringing expertise in M&A, capital startups, and operational transformation. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
