Michael Faron is the VP of Operations at Ferrara Candy Company, where he has worked for 10 years. In his current role, he is responsible for the Center of Excellence, Transportation & Logistics, Commercialization, Supply Chain Analytics, Obsolescence Management, Material Planning and Warehousing, Master Data, Cost Initiatives, and the Factory of the Future. Prior to Ferrara, he worked at The YoCrunch Company, Houlihan Lokey, GE Transportation, GE Capital, and GE. He holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategic Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
