Melanie is Head of Product Management, where she leads the global product strategy, roadmap and innovation.
Melanie has been part of the Danaher family for nine years, working at Sciex where she started in the applications team, focusing on solving customer challenges in BioPharma and omics workflows. She then held a variety of roles across the organization, including the commercial sales team and BioPharma business unit driving market growth in the life sciences markets through direct sales, marketing and product management.
Melanie has a PhD in Chemistry & Biochemistry from George Mason University where she worked on physico-chemical characterization and mass spectral identification of therapeutic proteins. To further her knowledge of mass spectrometry in other biological applications she continued on to do a post-doc.
