Meghan Smith is the Vice President of Manufacturing Excellence at Conagra, where she oversees Continuous Improvement, Connected Shop Floor, Enterprise Applications, Manufacturing Training, and Reliability for the Supply Chain organization.
With a background rooted in Industrial Engineering, Meghan has built a career driving operational excellence and large-scale transformation. She played a key role in building a DC Engineering organization for Walmart’s Ambient supply chain during the pandemic, focusing on efficiencies and large-scale cost savings. She also led a newly acquired petfood plant and distribution center for Mars and managed a large-scale cannery. Early in her career, she developed her expertise in operations, engineering, and leadership in the Nestle Prepared Foods division.
Meghan is data-obsessed and brings a curious engineering mindset, balancing analytical problem-solving with strategic leadership. She has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, aligning them to a shared purpose, and driving results through leveraging the strengths of the team.
Outside of work, Meghan prioritizes quality time with her family (Jake – Husband, Sawyer – Son, Rowan – Daughter). As time permits, she loves to travel, play games/puzzles, and dive into anything music related.
