Mark Piskadlo is the VP, Operations and Cell Therapy Site Leader for Summit, NJ at Bristol Myers Squibb. Mark is responsible for the manufacturing of Abecma and Breyanzi and leads an organization of 2,000 people. Mark Joined BMS in 2019 as the Head of Operational Excellence within Global Product Development and Supply (GPS) organization. Mark is an engaging leader with a passion for driving culture change. He has extensive background in cGMP production of Medical Devices, Biologics and Vaccines. Prior to joining BMS Mark was the head of Operations for the Laboratory Analytical Reagents Business Unit at ThermoFisher leading operations in North America and the UK. He led a significant business transformation as a site leader in NJ and was presented the Thermofisher CEO Award in 2017. Mark also held positions at Roche and Sanofi Pasteur with leadership roles in Manufacturing, QA, QC, Validation and Operational Excellence. Mark has a BS in Biology and an MBA in Operations Management from NJIT and Rutgers University. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Practitioner and trained in Shingo methodologies.
