Marina Hong is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the U.S. at Bayer, overseeing over 20,000 employees across the Crop Science, Pharmaceuticals, and Consumer Health divisions. Since joining Bayer in 2021, she has played a key role in supporting product launch plans and driving business impact through people and culture. Marina is an international HR executive with more than 25 years of experience across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, with expertise in industries such as medical devices, banking, consulting, and chemicals.

Before Bayer, Marina held senior HR roles at Becton Dickinson, she also spent nine years with The Linde Group, serving in leadership roles across Asia and Germany. Marina holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management from the University of Wisconsin and a graduate diploma from the Singapore Institute of Management.
