Lissiah Taylor Hundley is the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at UCB, a global biopharma
company headquartered in Belgium, inspired by the needs of people living with severe diseases. Joining
the company in March 2024, she is responsible for accelerating the DE&I cultural transformation of UCB,
and for shaping, driving and overseeing the organization’s DE&I strategic roadmap and initiatives.
Hundley is a member of the Talent & Company Reputation Leadership Team.
Prior to UCB, Hundley was the Senior Vice President of the Office of Equality and Global Equality
Recruiting at Salesforce, a provider of CRM software and AI technology. She led the build and
implementation of global strategies, programs and initiatives that support the attraction, retention,
development and hiring of diverse talent. Hundley has also led teams in various industries as the Head
of Strategic Partnerships and Client Fulfillment at DiversityInc., a consulting and media firm, and as the
Vice President of Workforce Diversity and Inclusion, University Relations, and Military Hiring at Comcast
NBCUniversal, a technology and communications company. Hundley also served as the Chief Diversity
and Inclusion Strategist at Cox Enterprises, and she helped build the Diversity and Inclusion team at
Wells Fargo in her role as the Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion and Project Management.
Hundley holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s Law School in Texas. She currently serves on the
Advisory Board for Fair 360. Prior board leadership includes the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power
& Potential, the New Jersey City University Foundation board, the DisabilityIn: Disability Equality Index
Advisory Committee, and the Emma Bowen Foundation board. Hundley has dedicated her career to PIE:
partnering, influencing, and educating businesses to provide access and to advocate for
underrepresented groups. Hundley lives with her family near Atlanta, Georgia, but travels often to
connect with her global team and partners.
