With over 15 years of experience in supply operations, Lina Marie Rasmussen currently heads the Global Supply Chain and External Manufacturing at LEO Pharma. With a robust background in Finance, Lina has held roles at Microsoft and KPMG Financial Advisory before joining LEO Pharma over a decade ago.

As Vice President of Supply Excellence & Operations, she has spearheaded the implementation of an Integrated Business Planning Process, balancing cost, risk, and service levels across products and markets.

Lina holds a Cand. Merc. Aud in Accounting and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School.

Her financial background ensures a strong data focus, linking supply operations closely to strategic business drivers: sales, cost, and cash.

Lina’s strategic focus includes fine-tuning planning models to adapt to evolving environments and forging external production partnerships to drive process improvements, product innovation, and advance sustainability goals, to benefit all stakeholders involved.
