Kristin Wessely is Global HR Director at Essity, a global, leading hygiene and health company. She is responsible for driving Human Resources (HR) topics within Manufacturing & Supply Chain in Business Unit Health & Medical. Kristin has more than 20 years of experience in HR and Business with background in multi-national matrix companies (automotive and FMCG). Before joining Essity in 2021, she held various international positions and has collaborated with leaders to build and manage HR organizations that supports their dynamic needs. Being result-driven and fully embodying Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Kristin is enabling and facilitating organizational and leadership development, business transformation and cultural change, by constantly challenge herself and others to evolve. Kristin holds a Business-Lawyer (Dipl.) degree from the University of Applied Science in Schmalkalden (Germany) and has an education as Business Mediator, ACC Agile Coach (IFAAI), Professional Scrum Master and in intercultural management with focus on Asia.
