Prior to joining Vanguard Renewables, he served as the National Account Director at Covanta, where he developed sustainable byproduct management programs. His leadership and growth mindset enabled him to exceed sales targets and contribute significantly to the company’s rapid growth and development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
