Kayla Ciotti, Vice President of Materials Management at GE Aerospace, brings nearly two decades of experience leading complex supply chain operations across the company. Since joining GE Aerospace in 2006, she has held progressive leadership roles spanning production control, forecasting, planning, and lean operations. She has played a critical role in driving supply chain resilience, operational efficiency, and end-to-end materials management for both commercial and military engine programs. Most recently, she served as General Manager of Materials Management and Executive Director of Lean Business Operations, where she led transformational initiatives across global sites. She holds a BSET in Industrial Engineering from the University of Dayton and a Master’s in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.
