Kara Grubis is the Vice President of Strategic Defense Products at Agile Space Industries, where she leads the development and delivery of advanced in-space propulsion solutions for mission-critical defense programs. With over two decades of engineering and operations experience at Raytheon Technologies, Kara has held diverse roles in opto-mechanical design, systems engineering, and production leadership. Prior to her current role, she served as Vice President of Engineering at Agile, spearheading rapid product development cycles and additive manufacturing innovations. Kara also co-founded and successfully exited a food manufacturing company, Durango Artisan Foods. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
