Jon Sobel is a co-founder and CEO of Sight Machine, a leading global platform for Industrial AI. Sight Machine has been using AI to support the improvement and sustainability of manufacturing plants since 2011 when the company was founded in Southeast Michigan and began working in Michigan automotive plants. Before co-founding Sight Machine, Jon previously served on the senior leadership teams of several pioneering technology firms, including Tesla and Yahoo!

Jon holds degrees from Princeton, the University of Michigan, and Wharton and received a fellowship from the Poynter Institute. He has developed and taught intensive graduate level courses at the University of Michigan on entrepreneurial leadership, and has sustained close ties to organizations serving youth and education for many years.
