John Tukker is currently Senior Vice President Regulated Industries at Cognitus. Cognitus is a fast growing, global company that delivers Government Compliant software solutions for companies running their business on SAP. He is responsible for Client Engagement, Solution Delivery and Strategy. John has over 30 years of leadership experience in the areas of business transformation, ERP and integrated supply chain in various industries. Prior to Cognitus John worked as Executive Client Partner at Delaware Consulting. He was responsible for Sales and Strategy for the Aerospace and Defense business. While at Delaware, John delivered a greater than 50% CAGR growth for 5 consecutive years. Prior to Delaware John worked as VP Solutions at DC&M partners supporting clients with business transformation, and strategic programs. From 2010 until 2014 John was CIO and VP Business Transformation at CleaverBrooks, an industrial equipment manufacturer owned by a Private Equity firm. During this four years John led a number of initiatives improving working capital and product profitability and played an instrumental role during the successful integration of acquired companies. At Honeywell Aerospace, John was Director of Information Technology. In this role, John owned a global, complex application environment for 20,000 users at 90 global Honeywel facilities. John played a leadership role in implementing one global ERP system known as the Aero Backbone. He was instrumental in the complex organizational blue print supporting global commercial companies and the defense industry. During his tenure at Honeywell John was part of the extended executive leadership team. Prior to joining Honeywell in 2004, John was the Supply Chain Director for Avnet in Phoenix, AZ, where he managed a global supply chain and procurement team. In 1997, John formed AEPEX Business Consultants, a dedicated ERP Services partner, along with four other senior managers. Within three years of operation, the business had grown to a 100+-person company focused on cutting-edge supply chain solutions. While at Accenture for five years, a $19 billion global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, John led worldwide business transformation initiatives for several billion dollar businesses. John was born and raised in the Netherlands. He holds an MBA from the University of Groningen.
