John has over three decades of international leadership experience in Supply Chain, Commercial Quality, Quality systems, PMS and Regulatory compliance within the Medical Devices industry. He is a results-oriented professional currently serving as the VP of Quality Systems & Digital Services, JNJ MedTech, currently based in Switzerland. As a member of the JNJ Quality MedTech Leadership Team, he leads strategic initiatives to ensure compliance with global regulations, in addition to being responsible for driving digital transformation for MedTech Quality. Previously, he held senior Quality leadership roles in APAC and Japan, where he supported significant growth and operational excellence. With a track record of driving simplification, process optimization, implementing innovative solutions, and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), he is committed to advancing the quality and safety standards in the healthcare sector through leveraging Digital & Data. His academic background includes a degree in Manufacturing Technology and a Master’s in Lean Operations, complemented by proficiency in Japanese, in his spare time he has a passion for sports, travel and literature.
