John Bailey

John Bailey is the Chief Operations Officer at Hammond Power Solutions Inc., a manufacturer that enables electrification through its broad range of dry-type transformers, power quality products and related magnetics. With over 20 years of experience in operations, he has steadily advanced his career by building significant expertise in client collaboration and strategic operational planning to meet future demands. Starting his journey at HPS in production and planning, he quickly rose through the ranks to more senior positions. He has led special projects such as system conversions, plant start-ups, and expansions, culminating in his role as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations. He has made substantial contributions to the development of HPS’s manufacturing processes, practices and global footprint. Before joining HPS, he held leadership roles in production supervision and materials management in the automotive sector with organizations such as Stackpole Ltd. He holds Diplomas in International Trade and Materials Management and Distribution from Sir Sandford Fleming College and an EMBA from the University of Fredericton.
