Jo-Elsa Jordan is a Business Manager at Virginia Economic Development Partnership, helping companies with U.S. location strategy through real estate solutions, workforce development and financial incentives structuring. She works closely with the Governor's office, various state departments, and local and regional economic development partners to bring industry and jobs to Virginia. Jo- Elsa is the industry leader in the Commonwealth for developing supply chains in the automotive, electric vehicles, and battery sectors. A Virginia native, Jo-Elsa graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax, and has enjoyed a long career in economic development and project management. She currently resides in Richmond, Virginia.
