He has held significant roles at renowned companies such as DSM, General Electric, Momentive Performance Materials, and Hexion, honing his leadership and operational skills. He holds a Global OneMBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering and Management Science from the University of Twente.
