Israel Santiesteban-Barrientos joined Schreiber in 2024 as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Management US, leading the company’s end-to-end supply chain strategy. He brings over 20 years of global leadership in supply chain and procurement, with extensive experience in ESG, M&A, R&D, and operational transformation. Before joining Schreiber, Israel served as Vice President of North America Procurement and Supply at Kraft Heinz, managing $7B in annual spend and driving major initiatives to strengthen efficiency, sustainability, and growth. He is passionate about mentoring young professionals and actively supports the Latin/Hispanic and LGBTQ+ communities. Schreiber Foods, founded in 1945 and headquartered in Green Bay, WI, is a 100% employee-owned company and one of the world’s largest dairy producers, generating $7B in annual revenue with 10,000 employees across 32 global facilities. Israel holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM).
