He brings over 20 years of global leadership in supply chain and procurement, with extensive experience in ESG, M&A, R&D, and operational transformation. Before joining Schreiber, Israel served as Vice President of North America Procurement and Supply at Kraft Heinz, managing $7B in annual spend and driving major initiatives to strengthen efficiency, sustainability, and growth. He is passionate about mentoring young professionals and actively supports the Latin/Hispanic and LGBTQ+ communities.
