Isabelle Fourthin, M.D., MBA., is VP Medical Affairs for Baxter Healthcare in Growth and Emerging Markets (ECEMEA, LATAM, ASIA) since 2023 after leading Medical Affairs in EMEA for all segments.

Prior to joining Baxter in 2021, Dr. Fourthin was VP Global Medical & Innovation at Peters Surgical where she was responsible for the Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs & Quality functions and provided leadership to New Product Development and Business Development initiatives.

Her distinguished career includes roles such as Head of Clinical Affairs and Product Safety at Edwards Lifesciences and Global VP Innovation at BioMerieux.

Dr. Fourthin has a wealth of experience in both the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical sectors in EMEA, APAC and LATAM.

She received a medical degree in France and an MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
