His career journey includes an 18-year tenure as a Police Officer at Surrey Police, during which he served as a Diversity Consultant, earning recognition for the Surrey Police Association of Culture and Ethnicity BME mentoring scheme. His educational background features a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Risk Management from the University of Portsmouth, complemented by executive leadership training at IMD.
