Hans Friedrich (called Fritz) holds the position of Vice President Industrial Excellence at Danone. He leads the global Engineering, Manex, Positive Impact and Safety teams being responsible for the continuous improvement of the manufacturing facilities in line with the company strategy. In addition, he leads the processes around Capex, Network Design and Comanufacturing. He joined Danone in 2022. Before this, he was CCSO at Dole Packaged Foods in Singapore and was a long time employee at Unilever – in local, regional and global positions. Hi smost recent positions at Unilever were Vice President Supply Chain Out of Home Ice-Cream and Head of SC for Foods and Refreshment South East Asia. Hans Friedrich holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
