About the speaker: Hannah Lyons is the Head of EMEA Demand Management at the LEGO Group. She has been with LEGO for five years contributing to the company’s growth and success. Her current role involves strategic oversight and management of demand in the EMEA region, where she excels in driving efficient and effective supply chain operations. Prior to her current role, she served as the Senior Manager for Retail Displays in the EMEA region, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing retail experiences at LEGO. Prior to LEGO, she was with Waitrose & Partners, where she held positions including Deputy Branch Manager and Commercial Manager, highlighting her hands-on experience in operational management and leadership. She completed the Oxford Women’s Leadership Development Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Reading, where she graduated with first-class honors.
