Gordon Zagar has over thirty five years combined experience in facilities operations, real estate optimization and project management. Having held previous positions such as, Director of Facilities, and Director of Operations and Global Real Estate, Gordon has been leading ZCI for over 10 years as the President/Principal. His team has provided strategic support ranging from real estate search and selection, through test fit and feasibility both domestically and globally. With the ability to focus on big picture issues, he has supported clients in operations management, budget planning and financial analysis, real estate negotiation, contract administration and cost control planning.

Past clients and associated industries have included alternative fuels, biotech/life science, medical device, sustainable food and ag tech, consumer goods and more.
