Glenn Hafer

Glenn Hafer is Senior Director of Operations at Skyworks Solutions, where he leads manufacturing and operational strategies that support the company’s global production network and drive excellence in efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. With nearly 25 years at Skyworks, he has held progressively senior leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Manager of Industrial Engineering and Computer-Integrated Manufacturing (CIM), playing a key role in optimizing operations and supporting the company’s growth as a leading semiconductor manufacturer. Prior to joining Skyworks, Glenn served as Manager of Industrial Engineering at Conexant, Industrial Engineer at Rockwell Semiconductor, and held operations and industrial engineering roles at UPS, where he developed a strong foundation in process improvement and operational performance. Glenn holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
