Geoffrey Pot is VP of Operations and Site Head at Takeda. He has over 15 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Throughout his career, he has held several roles of increasing responsibility in quality, Operational Excellence, project management, and manufacturing. In his current role, he is heading a team of over 400 employees across the globe. His team is responsible for providing day-to-day manufacturing support both internal and external and for turning concepts into reality with respect to process improvement and innovation. He is a Board Member of the Belgian Biotech Industries and Chairman of multiple international conferences. He holds a Masters in Industrial Pharmacy from the University of Gent, and an International Management Degree from the Vlerick Business School.
