At this Tier 1 supplier, she focuses on enhancing leadership through education and coaching, fostering an inclusive culture, and expanding employee resource groups. Florencia also works on systematic changes by reviewing policies and creating DE&I support ecosystems. She engages with internal and external partners to strengthen industry relationships and advises the Executive Leadership Team and Board on integrating DE&I practices into business operations, leveraging data insights and KPIs.
