Denis Morgenthaler is the VP and Head of Global Supply Management Steriles and Devices at Bayer. In his current role, he oversees the supply management of steriles and devices globally, ensuring product availability for patients while delivering on financial commitments. He continuously optimizes the supply chain to achieve these goals and manages end-to-end supply chain operations, including risk management and new product introductions. Throughout his career at Bayer, he has held several key positions, including VP of SCM Portfolio Management for Product Supply Pharmaceuticals, where he played a vital role in product life cycle management and global IBP/S&OP. Prior to Bayer, he held roles at Schering AG, Accenture and Volkswagen. With over 16 years of experience in the industry, he has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, portfolio management, and strategic supply network design. He holds a Diploma in Business Administration, specializing in Finance, Accounting, and Marketing from Cooperative State University (DHBW) Stuttgart.
