Debra Santos is President of the International Aviation Women’s Association (IAWA), where she leads global efforts to advance women in aerospace leadership. With over 40 years of experience, she retired from Boeing as Chief Marketing Officer for Boeing Global Services, having held key roles in international strategy, business development, and marketing. She began her career as an engineer in 1984 and served in the U.S. Navy Reserve as an Aeronautical Engineering Duty Officer. She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Washington. As IAWA President, she has driven organizational growth through strategic initiatives, nonprofit certification, and member engagement programs. She also serves on multiple nonprofit boards and is a passionate advocate for inclusion, innovation, and excellence across the aerospace industry.
