Cédric Dubois is Associate Vice President of Animal Health Small Molecule Manufacturing at Merck, where he leads a global network of six plants across Europe and South America, supporting over 50% of Merck Animal Health’s global revenue. Prior to Merck, he held senior roles at Biogen and Sanofi, including VP of External Manufacturing & Supply for Specialty Care. His leadership spans plant operations, external manufacturing, and major capital projects across the U.S., Europe, China, and Algeria. He holds an MBA from HKUST, a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Engineering from The University of Manchester, and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech. He is also PMP certified.
