Carlos Parodi is the VP of Brewery Operations at Constellation Brands. He had a 24 year career at Coca-Cola where he held various supply chain and engineering roles. At Constellation Brands he is responsible for the operation of two breweries in Mexico. His specialties include E2E supply chain, demand and supply planning, operational excellence, and change management. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering as well as an MBA.
