Carlos Barajas is the VP of Manufacturing and E2E Supply Chain – Latin America and Oster Pro at Newell Brands, where he oversees manufacturing and continuous improvement across LATAM and Oster Pro factories. With a strong focus on near-shoring, after-sales service, and advanced manufacturing engineering, Carlos coordinates regional operations for D&T, customer service, planning, logistics, and sourcing. Carlos brings over 20 years of experience in global supply chain management and manufacturing. Carlos holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
