Ben Bergeson

Ben Bergeson is the Manager of Package Design and Development at Ultradent Products, bringing over 17 years of experience in packaging innovation, design, and engineering. In his role, he leads a team of packaging designers and engineers, overseeing the entire packaging development process—from concept creation to final production—while ensuring designs meet brand standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals. He is a strategic leader with a strong background in project management, product development, and cross-functional collaboration. He works closely with marketing, manufacturing, and procurement teams to develop packaging solutions that enhance functionality, protection, and consumer appeal. He is also instrumental in driving sustainability initiatives, implementing new materials and processes that reduce environmental impact while optimizing cost efficiency. Before joining Ultradent, he held packaging and design roles at Mattel, Black & Decker HHI, and Graphic Communications, where he gained expertise in retail packaging, structural design, and product innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from Brigham Young University, where he served as President of the BYU Chapter of IDSA.
