Alice Cadman

Alice Quesenberry is the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Lam Research, where she has led since 2021, overseeing manufacturing engineering and operations in support of the company’s semiconductor equipment production. With over 25 years of leadership experience across the Army and the technology sector, she is dedicated to building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of operational excellence. Before joining Lam Research, she served as Site Production Director at CMC Materials, where she managed a 24/7 operation of 250 employees, driving continuous improvement, automation, and global collaboration. She also held multiple senior leadership roles at Qorvo, Inc. (formerly TriQuint Semiconductor), including Director of Manufacturing, Director of Etch Engineering, and Global Test Operations Manager. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Group Leader at Target’s regional distribution center and as a Test Operations Manager at TriQuint Semiconductor. She began her career as a U.S. Army officer, serving in leadership roles in Germany, Saudi Arabia, and the U.S., and later as a Company Commander in the Army Reserve. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University.
