About the speaker: Alfonso Zoia is the Head of Industrial Engineering of HAIER EUROPE.

Internationally experienced Italian director with more than 20 years in Operations, especially in industrialization environment with a lot of success in running transformation initiatives. Experienced at corporate level, highly proficient at working in multicultural virtual teams of worldwide organizations, with a multiple experience in project management and lean manufacturing. Has mastered the industrial process optimization and transformation applying lean manufacturing and execution of complex restructuring programs in complex and international organizations. Strong experience in many turn key new green field factories projects abroad as like digital manufacturing and industry 4.0. Prior to join HAIER Alfonso was Director in Whirlpool where he spent 12 years leading many strategic projects in Operations environment. Alfonso earned a Bachelor in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and currently Executive MBA student from Politecnico di Milano
