As the Vice President of Global Research & Development at PL Developments, Aaron Dely provides leadership and management in the development activities to ensure that projects transition from research to commercialization. His group is responsible for the development, scale-up, and commercialization of all solid-dose and liquid-dose, over-the-counter (OTC), Rx-ANDA, and Rx-branded pharmaceuticals. He and his team have extensive experience incorporating a wide variety of APIs into different dosage forms and helping companies from concept through regulatory approvals.
