About the Speaker: Daniele Iacovelli is the SVP and Global Head of Digital, Analytics, and Operational Excellence at Hoffmann-La Roche AG. In his current role, he leads large-scale digital and analytics transformations, driving operational excellence across the organization. Before joining Roche/Genentech in 2022, he spent 12 years as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he spearheaded global digital transformations for the pharma and medtech sectors. His work contributed to several companies being recognized as “Industry 4.0 Digital Lighthouses” by the World Economic Forum. Prior to McKinsey, he worked for JOT Automation in Beijing, China, specializing in operational excellence for robotics and automation. He also held a role at DB Netz AG in Germany, where he led capacity management strategy projects. Daniele holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Kassel and has completed non-degree programs at the University of Oxford and Helsinki School of Economics.
